  • What do I bring?

Good vibes and a towel should do! You should also bring comfortable shoes and a yoga mat for events that'll require it

  • How cold does it get?

COLD! Typically keep it between 45°F and 55°F, a temperature range ideal for stimulating recovery and promoting health benefits.

  • How hot is the sauna?

Our wood-burning outdoor sauna heats up to around 200°F  and offers a spacious, comfortable environment for up to 10 people at a time.

  • Will there be booze?

Our events focus on wellness and community connection, we'll offer non-alcoholic alternatives to support a healthy and mindful experience.

  • Is cold plunging safe?

Cold plunging is generally safe for most people and offers many health benefits, as is the case for most new physical activities, it’s best to consult your doctor beforehand. We also recommend listening to your body and easing into the experience if you’re new to it.
