  • What do I bring?

    Good vibes and a towel should do!  People also bring sandals or easily removable shoes for hanging out


  • How cold does it get?

    COLD! Typically keep it between 45°F and 55°F, a temperature range ideal for stimulating recovery and promoting health benefits.

  • How hot is the sauna?

    Our wood-burning outdoor sauna heats up to 200°F  and offers a spacious, comfortable environment for up to 10 people at a time.

  • Will there be booze?

    Our events focus on wellness and community connection, we'll offer non-alcoholic alternatives to support a healthy and mindful experience.

  • Is cold plunging safe?

    Cold plunging is generally safe for most people and offers many health benefits, but if you have any medical conditions like heart issues, circulation problems, or are pregnant, it’s best to consult your doctor beforehand. We also recommend listening to your body and easing into the experience if you’re new to it.
