We’re kicking off the year at Chipshot with The Pickle Social, presented by Campione Law. Choose your favorite way to move with open pickleball play, pilates, bounce, yoga, and a fitness challenge, then reset with compression, red light, massage, B12 shots, EMSCULPT, coffee, herbal extracts, and hormone-healthy snacks.


As always, expect a stacked morning of community with aura readings, tarot, brow sugaring, on-site PT, and a packed room of your favorite people.


However you show up, it’s the perfect mix of movement, recovery, and connection to start the year strong.

  • What do I bring?

    Bring a towel, bathing suit and a yoga / pilates mat

  • How cold does the ice bath get?

    COLD! Typically keep it between 45°F and 55°F, a temperature range ideal for stimulating recovery and promoting health benefits.

  • How hot is the sauna?

    Our wood-burning outdoor sauna heats up to 200°F  and offers a spacious, comfortable environment for up to 10 people at a time.

  • Will there be booze?

    Our events focus on wellness and community connection, we'll offer other kind of drinks to support a healthy and mindful experience.

  • Is cold plunging safe?

    Cold plunging is generally safe for most people and offers many health benefits. As is the case for most new physical activities, it’s best to consult your doctor beforehand. We also recommend listening to your body and easing into the experience if you’re new to it.
